Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate mousse (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup crushed hazelnuts
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate wafer cookies
  • Whole Rocher chocolates for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Use an electric mixer to whip until soft peaks form.
  2. In each dessert bowl, layer crushed chocolate wafer cookies followed by a layer of chocolate hazelnut spread. Drizzle with hazelnut liqueur if desired.
