Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5–8 lemons)
- 1 cup sugar
- 3–4 cups cold water (divided)
- 3–4 sprigs fresh rosemary (plus extra for garnish)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and rosemary sprigs. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes to infuse flavors.
- Strain the syrup into a heat-safe container to remove the rosemary.
