Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (cooked and crumbled)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked sausage and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Separate crescent roll dough into triangles. Cut each triangle in half to create smaller triangles.
- Place a scoop of the sausage mixture on each triangle and roll from the wider end to the pointed end.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
