- 10 ounces linguine pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the linguine in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
- Combine cooked beef and linguine with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
