Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (shelled and deveined)
- 6 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 10 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 jalapeño (minced)
- 1/2 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt.
- In a wide pan over low heat, melt 6 tbsp butter with 1 tbsp olive oil. Add minced garlic and jalapeño; cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped cilantro and parsley, then add another tablespoon of olive oil. Cook for an additional minute.
- Add the shrimp to the pan, cooking for about 2-4 minutes on each side until pink and firm. Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp before serving.
