Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste (about 1 Tbsp each)
- 3 cups barbecue sauce (like Sweet Baby Ray’s)
Instructions
- Prepare the ribs by cutting them in half if necessary, then rub salt and spices generously on both sides.
- Stand the ribs upright in the slow cooker and pour about one cup of barbecue sauce over them.
- Set the slow cooker on High for 4 hours or Low for 7 hours.
- Once cooked, transfer ribs to a foil-lined baking pan, brush with more barbecue sauce, and broil for 6-10 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
