Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds beef chuck roast
- 4 cups beef broth

- 2 packs fresh ramen noodles
- 1 cup baby spinach
Instructions
- Season beef chuck with salt and pepper.
- Place seasoned beef in the slow cooker, followed by sliced onions, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
- Pour in beef broth and water; add soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Stir gently.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until beef is tender.
- In a separate pot, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Stir in baby spinach before serving.
- Serve beef mixture over noodles; garnish with green onions and optional toppings.
