Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef stew meat
- 1 1/2 pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 5 tablespoons butter (cut into pads)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the beef stew meat on one side of the slow cooker and the baby Yukon gold potatoes on the other.
- Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both sides. Toss the beef gently to coat without mixing with potatoes.
- Add chopped garlic on top, followed by pads of butter.
- Cover and cook on low for about 6 hours until beef is tender.
- Serve warm, drizzling some buttery sauce over each serving.
