  • 1 cup white rice (rinsed)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
