- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- Olive oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and arrange halved baby potatoes around it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, minced garlic, and olive oil; pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
- Generously sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
