- Shredded lettuce
- Tomato

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mayo, ketchup, mustard, and relish to create an optional Big Mac-style sauce.
- Preheat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into six equal portions, then smash each portion onto a tortilla.
- Lightly grease your cooking surface with oil.
- Cook the tortillas with the beef side down for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and sprinkle shredded cheese on top; cook for another 1-3 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from heat and add toppings like lettuce, tomato, and pickles before folding.
