Ingredients
- 4 corn on the cobs (with husks)
- Sunflower oil spray
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 limes (cut into wedges)
Instructions
- Preheat your barbecue or heat a griddle pan over high heat.
- Remove outer husks from each corn cob, leaving one layer intact, and pull out any silk.
- Boil prepared corn in water for about 5 minutes until tender; drain well.
- Gently peel back husks without removing them completely. Lightly spray corn with sunflower oil and rub with cajun seasoning and smoked paprika.
- Grill the seasoned corn for approximately 10 minutes, turning regularly until tender and slightly charred. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
