- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 package (1 lb) ready-to-use pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle (12×16 inches) on a floured surface.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough and sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Roll tightly into a log shape and seal the seams well.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and garnish with parsley.
