Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade (let excess drip off) and grill for 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Baste with reserved marinade during the last few minutes of grilling for extra flavor.
- Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving with garnishes like green onions and sesame seeds.
