Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss spiralized cucumbers with salt and let sit for about 10 minutes to draw out moisture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and minced garlic until well combined.
- After 10 minutes, gently squeeze cucumbers to remove excess liquid. Transfer cucumbers to a serving bowl and pour dressing over them. Toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and sesame seeds. Serve immediately or chill for a refreshing flavor.
