  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
