Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- In a mixing bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the pastry and roll tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
