- 1 package (12 ounces) wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- Cooking spray or olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil. Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin cup.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped spinach until wilted (about 2-3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon the filling into each wonton cup until nearly full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the muffin tin and serving warm.
