Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, crumbled feta, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Lay one tortilla flat and spread about ¼ of the filling evenly over it.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other while keeping the filling inside.
- Wrap each pinwheel in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, slice into 1-inch wide pieces and serve on a platter.
