  • ½ cup Irish stout (like Guinness)

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat; let cool slightly.
