  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and pudding mix. Gradually incorporate this into the wet mixture until combined.
  5. Add green food coloring to the dough until you achieve your desired shade.
  6. Fold in crushed Oreo cookies gently.
