- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- ¾ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 cups whipped topping, divided
- 1 package (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- Optional: 1 teaspoon green food coloring
Instructions
- For the crust: In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- For the mint layer: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract until smooth. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- For the chocolate layer: Whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until thickened; stir in green food coloring if desired. Pour over the mint layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
