- 8 oz dark or semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup green sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese and mint extract until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before returning them to the baking sheet.
- Immediately sprinkle with green sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
- Chill again for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
