- 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast potatoes for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Season steak cubes with remaining spices and sear in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Combine cooked steak and potatoes in a serving dish; garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
