- 3 large chicken breasts
- 2 cups uncooked rice
- 2 small heads of broccoli
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- Sriracha (to taste)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- Steam the broccoli until tender.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with olive oil and spices.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F and cook chicken for about 12 minutes or until done.
- In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, sriracha, and ginger; boil then thicken with arrowroot slurry.
- Assemble bowls with rice, broccoli, chicken, sticky sauce, and drizzle with spicy mayo.
