Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced into strips)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snow peas, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate sliced chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add remaining vegetable oil along with mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, pour in oyster sauce and sesame oil, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot over rice or noodles.
