  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced into strips)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, snow peas, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate sliced chicken in soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining vegetable oil along with mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  4. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet, pour in oyster sauce and sesame oil, and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
