- 24 Golden Oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
- 24 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries (pureed)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Golden Oreos and mixing with melted butter. Press into a springform pan and freeze.
- For the filling, blend cream cheese, vanilla, lemon juice, and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the mixture; fold pureed strawberries into one half. Layer the strawberry mixture in the crust, followed by the plain filling. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, remove from the pan and garnish with strawberry shortcake crumble before serving.
