- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Granulated sugar (for rolling)
- Hershey Kisses (unwrapped)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil and eggs until well mixed. Gradually stir in strawberry cake mix and flour, followed by milk until dough forms.
- Scoop dough into balls using a cookie scoop or tablespoon. Roll each ball in granulated sugar and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Place chilled dough on parchment-lined baking sheets and bake for 8–10 minutes.
- After baking, gently press a Hershey Kiss into the center of each cookie while warm. Allow cookies to cool completely before serving.
