  • 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed

  • Seasonings: salt, black pepper, smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pierce potatoes with a fork and bake for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through.

  4. Once the potatoes are baked and slightly cooled, cut them open and scoop out some flesh. Fill them generously with the chicken mixture.
