- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup ripe peaches, pureed
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- For the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
- For the filling: Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Fold in peach puree until combined.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; gently fold into the peach mixture.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
- Toss mixed berries with lemon juice; spread over the cheesecake before serving.
