Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl; press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
- Divide the mixture in half; fold melted chocolate into one half and mix strawberry puree into the other.
- Alternate spooning the chocolate and strawberry mixtures into the crust; swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 55–60 minutes until set with a slight jiggle; cool in the oven for an hour before chilling in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
