- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 10 oz diced tomatoes and green chiles (undrained)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (aged)
- 8 oz Ranch dressing
- 75 frozen phyllo tart shells
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and diced tomatoes; simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cheese and Ranch dressing; mix with the beef mixture.
- Spoon the mixture into phyllo tart shells and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
