Ingredients
- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 packet taco seasoning (1 ounce)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Stuff each shell with the beef mixture.
- Spread salsa in a baking dish; place stuffed shells seam-side up. Top with remaining salsa and shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then drizzle with sour cream before serving.
