  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1 ounce)
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown ground beef with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and salsa; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Stuff each shell with the beef mixture.
  4. Spread salsa in a baking dish; place stuffed shells seam-side up. Top with remaining salsa and shredded cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly, then drizzle with sour cream before serving.
