Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/4 pounds chicken breasts or thighs (cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 teaspoons ginger (minced)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, water, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
- Cook until the sauce thickens and bubbles.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
