- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 cups leftover stuffing (or gluten-free stuffing)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, leftover stuffing, chicken broth, celery, onion, poultry seasoning, salt, and black pepper. If using mozzarella cheese, fold it in gently.
- Scoop portions of the mixture and roll them into golf ball-sized balls.
- Arrange the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
