- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until combined.
- Add sour cream and flour; blend until smooth.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time on low speed, then mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until well blended.
- Pour filling over cooled crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the oven with the door ajar for about an hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
