Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed cookies, chopped nuts, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and salt until well mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper and shape it into a log. Roll tightly and secure by twisting the ends.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once chilled, unwrap and dust with powdered sugar before slicing into rounds.
