Ingredients

- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ⅛ teaspoon kosher salt
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a jar or small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
- If using a jar, seal tightly and shake vigorously until well combined. If using a bowl, whisk all ingredients together until blended.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
