- 2 pounds chicken (thighs, breasts, or drumsticks)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, black pepper, paprika, turmeric, and cayenne (if using) until smooth.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and ensure they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade; grill for 6-8 minutes per side or bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving; garnish with fresh parsley.
