  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until tender.
  4. Mix in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, thyme, salt, pepper, and beef broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth; let rest for 30 minutes.
