Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons za’atar spice blend
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Lemon slices and parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, za’atar, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag; pour marinade over the top. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove salmon from marinade, allowing excess to drip off; place on the baking sheet with lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
