  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 cup French fried onions
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Blanch the green beans in boiling salted water for 3-4 minutes until bright green. Drain and shock in ice water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, ½ cup cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper; whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir blanched green beans into the creamy mixture until well-coated.
  4. Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
