Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Fit the unbaked pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
- In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, corn syrup, bourbon, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pecans.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly wobbly; cover edges with foil if necessary to prevent burning.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
