Instructions

- Mix in remaining sugar, flour, egg, butter, and salt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes until smooth. Let rise in a greased bowl for 1 to 1 ½ hours.
- Prepare the cinnamon filling by mixing butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the dough into an 18×12-inch rectangle; spread filling over it.
- Roll tightly from one long edge and cut into 12 slices.
- Arrange slices in a greased baking pan and let rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare glaze by whisking cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled focaccia before serving.
