Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Mix until well combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined; gently fold in cranberries.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- For the glaze, whisk powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth; pour over cooled bread.
