Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.
- Combine dry ingredients in another bowl (flour, baking soda, salt), then gradually mix into wet ingredients along with chopped pecans.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the pecan filling ingredients until smooth.
- Scoop cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet; create a small well in each scoop and fill with the pecan mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden. Cool before serving.
