- 1 pound ground chicken

- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, cilantro, ginger, garlic, chili flakes, and fish sauce until just combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- For the sauce, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce, lime juice, cornstarch, and water in a saucepan; simmer until thickened.
- Toss baked meatballs in the sauce or serve it on the side.
