Instructions

- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size (1-1.5 hours).
- Cook diced strawberries with sugar and cornstarch until thickened; cool completely.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle; spread cooled filling evenly.
- Roll tightly into a log; cut into 9 equal slices.
- Arrange in a greased pan; let rise again (30-45 minutes).
- Bake at 375°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare frosting by mixing butter with powdered sugar and mashed strawberries.
- Frost rolls while warm and serve.
