- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed and halved

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Cook the ground pork until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add green beans and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Stir in garlic and ginger; cook for an additional minute.
- Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, water, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet; simmer while stirring until thickened (1-2 minutes).
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions.
