  • 2 cups bok choy or cabbage, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
