Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sauté diced onion and chopped red bell pepper for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add ground beef along with taco seasoning and garlic; cook until browned.
- Pour in beef broth, heavy cream, and tomato sauce; stir and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add uncooked pasta, cover, and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for about 10 minutes until pasta is al dente.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy. Adjust seasoning if needed before serving.
